Resolution No. 2001-59 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE TO THE ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDER TO RUSH TRUCK CENTER FOR MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES TO SUPPORT THE CITY'S HEAVY TRUCK FLEET. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Rush Truck Center furnishes materials and supplies for the City's heavy truck fleet; pursuant to this determination the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized and directed to increase the Annual Purchase Order to Rush Truck Center by $10,000 to an amount "not to exceed" $31,500. SECTION 2.
