HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-233 .. ... 1 2 3 .. 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ',' RESOLUTION NO. 2002-233 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO CREST CHEVROLET FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2003 15-PASSENGER EXPRESS VANS TO BE UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICES STREET DIVISION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Crest Chevrolet of San Bernardino has proposed a negotiated purchase of two (2) 2003 15-Passenger Express Vans; pursuant to this determination the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order to Crest Chevrolet for said vehicles in the total amount of $50,057.72. SECTION 2. Such awards shall only be effective upon the issuance of a purchase order by the Purchasing Manager.
