ACROSS CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4 MOUNT VERNON AVENUE, NORTH OF 10TH STREET. 5 6 7 8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
