RESOLUTION NO. 2003-92 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE TO THE ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDERS TO MATICH CORPORATION ANDIOR VULCAN MATERIALSICAL MAT DIVISION TO SUPPLY MATERIALS FOR ROADWAY PAVEMENT REHABILITATION FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Matich Corporation andlor Vulcan Materials/Cal Mat Division provides materials for City street repairs; pursuant to this determination the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized to increase the Annual purchase orders to Matich Corporation andlor Vulcan Materials/Cal Mat Division by $189,457 for a total combined amount not-to-exceed $408,757. SECTION 2. The Purchase Orders shall reference this Resolution No. 2003- 92 and shall read, "Matich Corp andlor Vulcan MaterialslCal Mat Division, materials for roadway pavement repairs - increase Purchase Orders, not-to- exceed $408,757" and shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the Contract, which is on file in the City Clerk's Office. SECTION 3.
