RESOLUTION NO. 2004-363
RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER
TO WONDRIES AUTOMOTIVE FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) CNG
VEHICLES FOR VARIOUS DIVISIONS/ DEPARTMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution
2004- 367 endorsing application under the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction
Review Committee by 2003/2004 Local Government Match Program.
SECTION 2. That Wondries Ford has offered a negotiated purchase of four (4)
CNG vehicles for various Divisions/Departments.
SECTION 3. The Purchase Order shall reference this Resolution No.2004- 363
and shall read, "P.O. No. , not to exceed $115,635.30 for four (4)
CNG alternative fuel vehicles" and shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the
purchase order, which is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
SECTION 4. The authorization to execute the above referenced Contract is
rescinded if not issued within sixty (60) days of the passage of this resolution.
