311 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING A
4II TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM AN EXISTING PURCHASE ORDER FOR
VERIZON OF CALIFORNIA TO SBC FOR FRAME RELAY SERVICE
5 PROVIDING CONNECTIVITY FROM CITY REMOTE SITES TO CITY HALL.
611 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That SBC is the selected source for the City's frame relay
911 services. SBC gained selected source status by being awarded an open bid contract
1011 issued by the State of California. This award is known as the Cal -Net contract and is
1111 valid through December 2005. Pursuant to this determination, the Purchasing Manager
12 is hereby authorized to transfer $104,666.67 from an existing Verizon (PO # 205089)

purchase order to an existing SBC (PO # 205075) purchase order.

SECTION 2: The authorization to execute the above referenced fund
1611 transfer is rescinded if it is not issued within sixty (60) days of the passage of
1711 this resolution.

4 1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by

the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a joint regular

7 meeting thereof, held on the 1st day of November 2004, by the
