AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE .. .", BY AMENDING APPENDIX A TO ADD, DELETE AND CHANGE THE TITLES OF VARIOUS POSITIONS WITHIN DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY WHICH MUST FILE CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS (STATEMENTS OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS, FORM 700). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 2002-328, Appendix A, is amended as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full. Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements.
