BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Air Quality Management District provides funds to owners of qualifying on -road and off -road heavy-duty diesel -fueled vehicles for the Mobil Source Air Pollution Reduction Committee (MSRC) Diesel Exhaust After - treatment Retrofit Program. SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino ratifies the submittal of an application to the South Coast Air Quality Management District to participate in the MSRC Diesel Exhaust After -Treatment Program (attached hereto as Exhibit 1). SECTION 3.
