HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-2881 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2004-288 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADOPTING THE 2004/2005 THROUGH 2O08/2009 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY I OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The 2004/2005 through 2008/2009 Capital Improvement Program ("CIP"), attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, is adopted as the policy and program of the City of San Bernardino relating to construction of capital improvement projects, except for Streets/Street Lighting CIP Projects SS 04-51, SS 04- 133, SS O4-161, SS 05-04, and SS 05-19; Storm Drains CIP Project SD 04-06; and Traffic Controls CIP Project TC 04-21, which shall be voted upon by separate motion to become part of this Resolution as Exhibit "B" and such vote on Exhibit "B" shall include the authorization to appropriate funds as indicated in Exhibit "A." SECTION 2. A review of the Capital Improvement Program shall be conducted during each annual budget review, and adjustments made as deemed appropriate by the Mayor and Common Council. SECTION 3. Revisions may be made to the Capital Improvement Program at any time during the fiscal year by resolution of the Mayor and Common Council. HTC/ed[0405.0809.CP.
