Home My WebLink About2004-2791 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 21 RESOLUTION NO. 2004-279 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF ANNUAL AGREEMENTS WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO PROVIDE USER ACCESS INTO THE NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM (NLETS), THE CALIFORNIA LAW ENFORCEMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CLETS), AND THE SHERIFF'S CENTRAL NAME INDEX (CNI). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute an agreement between the City of San Bernardino and the County of San Bernardino, in an amount not to exceed $12,067.68 for user access into the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) and the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS), a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length. SECTION 2: That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute an agreement between the City of San Bernardino and the County of San Bernardino, in an amount not to exceed $2592.00 for user access into the Sheriff's Central name Index (CNI), a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit `B" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length.
