RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING
PURCHASE ORDERS WITH SCOTT TRACTOR SERVICE, LARRY JACINTO
FARMING, AND INLAND EMPIRE PROPERTY SERVICE FOR A MAXIMUM
OF $130,000 IN THE AGGREGATE TO PERFORM WEED ABATEMENT
SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004/2005.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of said City, annual purchase orders to Scott
Tractor Service, Larry Jacinto Farming and Inland Empire Property Service
for weed abatement services in the aggregate maximum amount not -to -
exceed $130,000. The bid specifications include an option to extend the
purchase order for two years at no increase in price.
SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above referenced
purchase order is rescinded if the parties fail to execute it within sixty (60)
days of the passage of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the September 7, 2004, by the following vote, to -wit:
