BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City a first amendment to the lease with the County of San Bernardino regarding Sheriff's Search and Rescue, located at 3250 Harrison Avenue, lease number 97-970, for an option to extend term, from November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2007. A copy of the lease amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof SECTION 2.
