BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby authorizes the Mayor or her designee to execute Amendment No. 6 to the Senior Nutrition Contract No. 01-687 with the County of San Bernardino Department of Aging and Adult Services to amend Section VI Paragraph F and G, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length. SECTION 2.
