HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-0841 2 3 4 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 211 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2004-84 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO APPLY FOR AND ACCEPT A CALIFORNIA SEAT BELT COMPLIANCE CAMPAIGN MINI GRANT EXTENSION FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY IN THE AMOUNT OF $67,944. SECTION 1: The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby authorize the Police Department to apply for and accept the State of California Office of Traffic Safety Mini Grant extension in the amount of $67,944. The grant is for overtime and reporting costs related to increased enforcement during the California Seat Belt Compliance Campaign. Expenditures will be in accordance with the Office of Traffic Safety Detailed Budget Estimate form (OTS-38E), contained in the Office of Traffic Safety Grant Agreement.
