RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDEF
TO NIXON-EGLI EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR ADAPTING AN EXISTING DUMF
TRUCK TO A P-B UNI-BODY ASPHALT PATCH TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Nixon -Egli Equipment Company of Santa Fe Springs
offered a proposal to refurbish a City existing dump truck to a P-B Unibody Asphalt
Patch Truck; pursuant to this determination the Purchasing Manager is hereby
authorized to issue a purchase order to Nixon -Egli Equipment Company for
refurbishing an existing City vehicle as stated above for a total amount of $53,000.
SECTION 2. The Purchase Order shall reference this Resolution No.
2004 — 65 and shall read, "Nixon -Egli Equipment, refurbishing existing vehicle,
Purchase Order No. , not to exceed $53,000", and shall incorporate the terms
and conditions of the Quote (Exhibit 1) which is on file in the City Clerk's office.
SECTION 3. The authorization to execute the above referenced Purchase
Order is rescinded if not issued within sixty (60) days of the passage of this resolution.

TO NIXON-EGLI EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR ADAPTING AN EXISTING DUMP

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a joint regular
meeting thereof, held on the 1st day of March 2004, by the
