DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH HIGHWAYS..." AND ESTABLISHING A 4-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF MEYERS ROAD AND OLIVE AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by amending Subsection (13.2) OLIVE AVENUE to read as follows: "(13.2) OLIVE AVENUE (Verdemont) (A)At its intersection with Belmont Avenue (4-Way Stop). (B) At its intersection with Meyers Road (4-Way Stop). (C) From Belmont Avenue to and Including Garfield Street." SECTION 2: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by adding Subsection (9.95) MEYERS ROAD to read as follows: " (9.95) MEYERS ROAD (A) At its intersection with Olive Avenue (4-Way Stop). (B) From Olive Avenue to Walnut Avenue." Vol 2004-9 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING I RESOLUTION NO. 655 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION... 2 DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH HIGHWAYS..."
