The City Clerk has caused to be posted the order of adjournment of said meeting held on September 19, 1994, and has on file in the Office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said posting together with a copy of said order which was posted at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 20, 1994, on the door of the place at which said meeting was held. CALL TO ORDER The joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community Development Commission was called to order by Mayor Minor at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 28, 1994, at California State University, San Bernardino, Creative Arts Auditorium, Room 157, 5500 University Parkway, San Bernardino, California. ROLL CALL Roll call was taken by Commission Secretary Pearson with the following being present: Mayor Minor; Council Members Curlin, Hernandez, Devlin, Pope-Ludlam, Miller; Commission Secretary Pearson; City Administrator Shauna Clark. Absent: Council Members Negrete, Oberhelman; City Attorney Penman. Also present: Timothy Steinhaus, Agency Administrator; Robert Botts, Manager, Office of Business Development, Stafford Parker, Deputy Director, Development Department; John Hoeger, Project Manager, Development Department, Economic Development Agency. The economic summit workshop ensued, and discussion took place relative to the economic condition of the City of San Bernardino. Dr. Husing stated that he would summarize the results of the workshop for the Community Development Commission's approval at a later date. RECESS MEETING At 11:21 a.m., Mayor Minor declared a five-minute recess. RECONVENE MEETING At 11:35 a.m., Mayor Minor reconvened the joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino in the California State University, San Bernardino, Creative Arts Auditorium, Room 157, 5500 University Parkway, San Bernardino, California.
