Due to Council Member Curlin not being served his special meeting notice, the joint special meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and the Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino scheduled to be held on Monday, September 30, 1996, at 9:07 a.m. and reconvened at 11:05 a.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California, was adjourned. At 11:40 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 1996, Rachel Clark, City Clerk posted a copy of the order conspicuously on or near the door of the place where the joint special meeting was to be held.
