Wednesday, August 19, 2020, via web-conference. The Study Session will begin at
4:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino
has called a Special Closed Session to be held via web-conference on Monday, August
7, 2020. The Special Closed Session will begin at 7:00 a.m.
Said meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the following:
